On Saturday, January 4, 2025, a ceremony will be held in the Sanctuary of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM EST to transmit the Five Mindfulness Trainings for those who have completed the Five Mindfulness Trainings Class, and would like to receive the Trainings. It is also an opportunity for those who already received the transmission to renew their practice of the Trainings.
Please click on the link below to fill out the application form and submit it by December 29, 2024. A pre-transmission meeting for the applicants is scheduled for Wednesday, January 1 at 7:00 PM EST and will last from sixty to ninety minutes.

2. When you receive the confirmation for your application, you
are invited to sign up for attending the Transmission Ceremony.
Two sign-up links are provided in the confirmation:
- One sign-up link for the online meeting (via Zoom) for those who
cannot attend the ceremony in person,
- One sign-up link for those who can attend the transmission in
person.
A Zoom meeting link for the pre-transmission orientation is
also provided in the confirmation email.
You can attend the ceremony even if you do not apply for receiving or renewing the Transmission, as it is a joyous and heartening event. Your presence will support those who are receiving or renewing the Transmission in the New Year. The event is by invitation only.
