Releasing stress through guided relaxation. Learning to be mindful with movements and promoting energy flow for better health, joy and vitality.
Many people enjoyed this class in the past since it has helped them
to relieve stress, restore their vitality and achieve inner peace.
As the deep relaxation and Qigong exercise are combined together,
the result can be experienced immediately after each session. Each
class begins with 30 minutes of deep relaxation, followed by a
series of easy-to-learn and enjoyable Qigong exercises:
- Whole body breathing: to open body and mind
- Cleansing exercises: to cleanse old and stagnant energies in the body
- Walking meditation and Qigong movements: to promote energy flows
- Standing meditation: to recharge the body with new and fresh energy
- Self-massage: to harmonize the energy in the body.
Please bring a sleeping pad (or a large towel) and a blanket for the deep relaxation session.
