Retreat with Anh-Huong and Thu Nguyen

Three-Day Option - March 7-10, 2019

  Weekend Option - March 8-10, 2019

Harmony in Our Home, Joy in The World

"... Thay (The Ven. Thich Nhat Hanh) would always remind us to come back to ourselves, our loved ones and the Earth. And from that solid ground of connection, we will know what to do and what not to do in order to help the situation. If we would like harmony in our society, nation and world, then we also need harmony in our hearts and homes..."

(From Plum Village monastic community's recent letter)

During this retreat, we will come together as a community to learn the art of mindful breathing, sitting, walking, qigong and mindful eating. The collective energy of mindfulness can help us stop, rest and heal. The retreat's atmosphere is one of peace and quiet joy.
