Cultivating Compassion

A Mindfulness Retreat with Anh-Huong and Thu Nguyen

Weekend - February 21-23, 2020

Three-Day - February 20-23, 2020

Compassion is the capacity to relieve suffering and lighten sorrows. During this retreat, we will learn the art of mindful breathing, mindful sitting, mindful walking in order to touch the peace and happiness that are available in the present moment. This peace and happiness will enable us to look and listen more deeply in order to develop compassion in our hearts. The ocean of tears cannot drown us if compassion is there. The atmosphere of the retreat will be one of quiet joy!

You can choose to attend just the weekend retreat, which starts on Friday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon, or the full 3-day retreat, which starts one day earlier on Thursday evening. The additional day will help participants to settle in, have more rest and fully enjoy the weekend retreat.
