On this Thanksgiving weekend, we come together as a community to practice stopping, resting and calming, so that the energies of gratitude, compassion and loving-kindness become alive in us.  We give thanks to our father and mother who gave us life, to our teachers who gave us spiritual life and showed us how to live in the here and now.  We thank our friends who support us, especially in difficult moments.  And we thank all beings in the animal, vegetable and mineral world for their support.

Please dress comfortably and bring a mat, cushion for the sitting and blanket for the deep relaxation. Some cushions and chairs will be available.

Please bring a vegetarian dish to share at lunch, eating utensils and a plate.

This is an all-day program. You may choose to attend only the half-day program and leave after lunch.

The tuition for an all-day program is $80 ($50 to $70 for those with financial difficulties. Please let us know in advance).

The tuition for a half-day program is $60 ($40 to $50 for those with financial difficulties. Please let us know in advance).
