"EMBRACING OUR STRONG EMOTIONS WITH MINDFULNESS"

Practicing Peace in Time of Uncertainty

A Five-Day Retreat

March 10 - 15, 2017

With Anh-Huong and Thu Nguyen

When we think and worry nonstop, our hearts cannot be at peace. Peace is a living substance we should build our lives with. The practice of mindfulness is a concrete expression of our peace, stability and freedom - freedom from anger, fear and despair.

In order to infuse our world with peace, we learn to sit, walk, speak and listen with mindfulness. During this retreat, through the practice of conscious breathing, we will have an opportunity to stop, rest and get in touch with all the wonders of life within and around us. Concrete instructions on how to embrace our thoughts and feelings will also be offered so that we can learn to take care of our strong emotions. The retreat's atmosphere is one of healing, peace and quiet joy!
