A Weekend Retreat
followed by a Three-Day Practice of Deep Looking

Our true home is something we all want to go back to. During this retreat, through the practice of breathing, sitting, walking, eating and doing things in mindfulness, we will learn to recognize our home in the here and now. We will see our community, the trees, the air, the blue sky, and the earth that we tread as our home. With continued practice, we will be able to practice going home every time we feel lost, despair, anger or instability.
You can choose to attend just the weekend retreat, which starts on Friday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon, or the full 5-day retreat, which ends on Wednesday afternoon. The extended retreat will offer more favorable conditions for you to touch deeply the source of peace and love within yourself.
